Christmas Mini Family Portrait Event
The $99+tax Portrait Session Includes:
• One 30 minute in studio family portrait session
• Family sessions include up to 5 people; ages 5 and up
• Session files are reserved for Bering’s and Michael Carr Photography
• Holiday cards: An image of your choice will be sent to Bering’s Stationery Department to be ordered through Bering’s
• Custom printed Portraits: Portrait orders can be ordered directly through the Michael Carr Photography studio.
• Digital files are not for sale
Note:
• A family grouping with up to 5 family members is included in this promotion; ages 5 and up
• If you would like multiple groupings, please book multiple session slots
• Please do not bring your pet to the session
• The retainer includes (1) session in studio and usage of (1) image for holiday cards ordered through Bering’s Stationery Department
• Basic retouching is included such as overall facial softening, blemish removal, stray hair removal and teeth whitening*
• Advanced retouching is an additional fee (head swaps, clothing adjustments, braces removal and etc.)
• You will not receive a copy of the image unless it is purchased in printed form

LATE POLICY
• Please be on time
• If you are late, your session time will be reduced by the amount of time you are late
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no show
NO SHOW POLICY
• No shows forfeit the session retainer ($107.17), no refunds, not applied to other sessions
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Should you need to cancel your session time, you must call the studio at 713-461-2862 to speak with someone and confirm (no emails accepted)
• Cancellations more than 3 business days before your appointment date are eligible for refund
• Cancellations less than 3 business days before your session will forfeit the session retainer ($107.17), no refunds, not applied to other sessions
